Who can Apply?
You can undertake a programme at NTC if you
• Have a defined physical disability
• Are aged 16 or over
• Are prepared to undertake certified training courses and sit examinations with the capacity to achieve them
• Are willing to participate in the programme with the objective of securing employment
• Are unemployed and have the potential to take up employment
• Are medically stable
• Are independent in self-care
• Have the cognitive and physical endurance for the programme
• Have the necessary behavioural controls to cope in group settings
• Are free from alcohol and drug abuse
• Are prepared to undertake work experience as part of the programme
• Are able to attend NTC a minimum of two half days per week
It is up to the discretion of NTC management as to whether an individual is suitable for this programme.
